Supporting creative minds to develop innovative and design driven products by adopting new techniques and processes.

Oportunity creators in terms of supporting innovating and design driven projects through an european instrument. European initiative WORTH Partnership Project which is funded by the COSME Programme of the European Union. WORTH aims to create cross-border and cross-discipline collaborations between fashion designers, start-ups, SMEs, tech-firms, and manufacturers across EU-28 and COSME countries, to develop unique and high-end products. WORTH Partnership Project is about supporting design-driven projects/ideas, wherein the added value strongly lies on design concepts by integrating disruptive techniques and/or technologies in a creative way.

The project is aimed at amateurs and professionals in the following industries: fashion and textiles, footwear, fur and leather, furniture and interior decoration, accessories and jewelry.

Speaker:

  • Simona Moldovan

    Environmental Scientist with a Master in Environmental Engineering. She also has a master in Textile Engineering and started a PHD in the same field (Textile Engineering). In April 2015 she started working in the Biotechnology Research Group in AITEX R&D Projects area and at the moment she is working in the Nanotechnology research group. She has a wide experience in national and international project management and execution. Currently she is invloved in the coordination of a BBI-JU under the rules of H2020 international project.
