Crisis in PR happens every even best-built brand. How to stand with it to fight when the stakes are incredibly high? Workshops on brand crisis management.

It comes unexpectedly. You think your company is prepared for it, and yet it manages to surprise you anyway. It plays according to its own rules. Sometimes it comes single, other time you face a horde. And the worse thing is each one of them is different from the others and needs more of a personal approach.
 
We all know never to outwait the crisis, to always predict them, but how to actually manage them? Let the deep breath be your first and best advisor. But what next? During the workshop we will present an interesting case study built on examples from different business branches, combined with deep analysis of specific situations and their influence on the brand. We will recommend who to copy when it comes to managing a crisis in social media – and not only there. We will prepare a complete scenario of extinguishing fires, but also of predicting the coming disaster. And finally we will go through a few planned crises together, pointing to the crucial moments of actions and reactions.

  • Team members at Strefa Startup Gdynia, where their area of expertise are social media. Agata Ciesielska as part of her work in the Startup Zone, is responsible for events organized for researchers and technological startups and meetings for creators within the Strefa Blogera. She also runs workshops for students on graphic tools and social media. Karolina Wenskowska coordinates meetings for aspiring entrepreneurs in Strefa Marki- the series of events, where are discussed topics of marketing and visual identification. She is also responsible for workshops for students.
